On Friday, 27.12. In 2019, Ivana Karabegovic, PhD, Aleksandar Radovic, and Mile Veljovic PhD, conducted the workshop “The Concept of Fruit and Vegetable Processing – Minimizing Losses with Maximum Profitability” under a project implemented by the Food and Technology Council of Serbia with support from USAID’s Competitive Economy Project.
