In 2019, Aleksandar Radovic PhD and Mile Veljovic PhD conducted a workshop, “The Concept of Fruit and Vegetable Processing – Minimizing Losses with Maximum Profitability,” as part of a project implemented by the Food and Technology Council of Serbia with support from the USAID Competitive Economy Project.
