On Tuesday, 17.12. In 2019, Ivana Karbegovic, Igor Kojcic andMile Veljovic PhD, conducted the workshop “The Concept of Fruit and Vegetable Processing – Minimizing Losses with Maximum Profitability” within the project implemented by the Food Technology Council of Serbia with the support of USAID’s Competitive Economy Project.
